CURRENT DRIVER CAREER PATHS
Class A CDL Route Driver
This position is ideal for both new and experienced CDL drivers. No prior driving experience is required — we will train. Our drivers enjoy consistent routes, a dependable schedule, and being home regularly.
Drivers typically pick up their loads in the afternoon and deliver clean linen throughout their assigned route. The average workday is approximately 11 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A vehicle on assigned routes
- Pick up and deliver healthcare linen in a timely, professional manner
- Ensure accurate load handling and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service at each stop
- Make sound decisions while on the road and at customer locations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL from an accredited driving school
- No prior driving experience required (training provided)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Current or ability to obtain DOT physical
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
Box Truck / Route Driver
We are seeking dependable Route Drivers who enjoy a consistent schedule and being home every day. This is a great opportunity for experienced drivers looking for a stable, 5-day work week. Drivers are responsible for delivering clean linen and picking up soiled linen from customer locations on a daily route.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a box/straight truck on assigned routes
- Deliver and pick up healthcare linen in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service at each stop
- Complete required paperwork and basic administrative tasks
- Make sound decisions while on the road and at customer locations
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required (Class B preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Experience operating a straight/box truck is required
- Current DOT physical and clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Stable work history and strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
