Inventory Control
Shortages or costly excess inventory are eliminated with the use
of our daily census-based ordering system. Warehousing and stocking,
at no extra cost to you, also eliminates the need for on-site storage
if you are a customer-owned client.

On-Time Deliveries and Delivery System
Tractor-trailers or straight trucks will deliver your items in the
early morning hours so the linen is available before your staff arrives
for
distribution. No more waiting on the laundry truck! Consistent, on-time
deliveries are provided by courteous, professional drivers.
- Crown maintains a 2-hour roadside emergency service program with our vehicle lease companies.
- With 3 plants, Crown can act as its own back-up in case of any emergency or natural disaster.
- All linen is delivered in blue linen hampers with 8” caster wheels for easy maneuverability. The rubberized wheels will not mark up your floors.
Usage and Linen Conservation Training with In-Service Programs
Crown provides cost-saving programs in linen utilization and
conservation. Our Linen Awareness Day program will instruct the nursing
staff in linen alternatives that will save money and provide better
patient care. These programs
along with detailed usage reports ensure you see progress
in your linen conservation.
Internal Linen Management Software
Crown can provide internal hospital linen management software
to help track usage by the various departments within a facility. Reports
can be generated by department to show cost, pieces and pounds per
patient day.
