Only fresh, quality, clean linens that meet exacting Crown standards are allowed to circulate in the linen pool. You'll receive full credit for any linen that does not meet system quality standards.
Crown's Quality Control Coordinator, Operations Manager, and team members monitor production each step along the way. From our washing process to wrapping or bagging, to the time the bins roll off our trucks, Crown will do everything possible to ensure that the quality of our product either equals or exceeds your expectations. We're taking this commitment to quality one step further in 2004 by starting the ISO 9000 certification process.
